**Technical Training Specialist (M/F/d)**

**Location/Division Specific Information**:
We are currently looking to hire a Technical Training Specialist, Material Characterization in Karlsruhe, Germany. In this new role, you will be a part of the Global Technical Service and Support Team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Development and implementation of international training courses (online and presence) for the entire Thermo Fisher Material Characterization (MC) business. (customer service technicians, back office, multipliers, TPMs, contact centers, etc.)
- Quality assurance in the area of Thermo Fisher Material Characterization. (MC) Monitoring, control and development of existing and new partners as well as the development of redundant and modern training concepts in the area of service
- Conception and development of an international service point strategy
- Independent conception of technology, methodology and soft skill training, as well as a qualification strategy
Development and creation of holistic, integrated learning systems including modern, innovative training-related media. Create training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, or handouts
- Cross-divisional and cross-disciplinary international project work in national and international teams
Adaptation of the training concepts to the internal specifications of the Indus
- Collaborate with cross-function, cross-site teams to plan, develop, coordinate, and implement training on company SOPs, processes and related proficiencies required to build high quality talent
- Provide instructional design, training, and evaluation of effectiveness of training process
- Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials
- Drive continuous improvement and use of PPI business model
**Key to Success**:
- B.S. or M.A./MSC degree or equivalent in a scientific or technical discipline
- Knowledge of explicit and declarative learning methods
- Experience in customer service/support and/or (technical) training
- Knowledge of Extrusion, Rheometry Machinery preferred
- (V)EfK Qualification
- Microsoft Office, SFDC, Oxaion and/or other software solutions desired
- Knowledge and understanding of Industry 4.0 standards
- Knowledge of Docebo desired
- Must be proficient in English, German language skills beneficial
