We are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist (m/f/d) for Europe in the field of single crystal X-ray diffraction (SC-XRD) . The position is available immediately and would be based in home office.
Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten
Maintaining ongoing contact with the SC-XRD user base in Europe via attendance at scientific conferences and workshops, on-site visits to SC-XRD laboratories and remote communications
Close collaboration with our Sales team to foster the expansion of new customer business
Close collaboration with our Service team to promote customer satisfaction and sustainable customer retention
Clarification of technical customer inquiries with the involvement of the specialist departments at the Karlsruhe production site
Qualifikationen
A . or comparable degree in the natural sciences (physics, chemistry, materials science, .
Extensive, hands-on experience in SC-XRD
Several years of sales experience in selling complex systems of analytical technology is a plus.
Excellent skills in supporting and communicating with demanding customers , ideally in the field of instrumental analysis or complex technical industrial products
Ideally high interest in analytical chemistry, materials research, mineralogy, process and quality control, or crystallography and related analytical solutions
Organizational skills , structured work style and adherence to deadlines
Convincing verbal and written communication skills in explaining complex technical issues to customers
Good command of written and spoken English is mandatory. Fluency in German and French is a plus.
Willingness to travel frequently, about 50 % (mostly day trips in the region)
