**Editor for Technical Documentation (M/F/d)**
**The Company**
Mi-Jack Europe GmbH is a young and internationally active company specializing in port automation for intermodal
terminals. We are part of Mi-Jack Products, a leading manufacturer of container handling equipment and
automation solutions. As an innovative technology company, we use GNSS and radio solutions for Collision
Avoidance Systems to improve safety and efficiency in container terminals worldwide. Join our team and experience

**Your Tasks**:
- Writing technical documentation in English, e.g. user manuals, installation instructions and interface
- descriptions- Independent development and coordination of technical content with the project teams from Development,
- Marketing and Service- Conception and development of documentation structures and editorial systems
- Standardisation of the terminology used
- Editorial work on training documents, presentations and other information material
**Your Qualifications**:
- Successfully completed degree in technical editing or a comparable technical degree.- Experience in technical editing is advantageous, especially in dealing with documentation-related norms,
- guidelines, and standards.- Excellent command of both written and spoken German and English
- Ability to analyse technical issues and present them in a factually correct and comprehensible manner
- Strong communication skills as an interface between developers, customers and project managers
- Ability to work independently, be well-organised, and possess strong analytical and abstract thinking skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with graphics programs, CAT tools, and translation
tools
