**Deine Mission: Als Teil des Management-Teams leitest und entwickelst Du unsere Infrastruktur & Managed Services Teams, das Business und die Deliveries**
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Strategie im Bereich Infrastructure & Managed Services in Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit den entsprechenden Kompetenzzentren der Gruppe
- Du hast die volle P&L-Verantwortung für den entsprechenden Geschäftsbereich
- Du treibst die technische Innovation voran und erreichst höchste Kund:innenzufriedenheit, indem Du die Kund:innenbedürfnisse überschaust und antizipierst
- Du setzt Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung des Portfolios um und erreichst entsprechende Meilensteine
- Du stellst sicher, dass die Ziele für die Mitarbeitendenauslastung erreicht werden
- Du förderst Talente und erreichst eine hohe Mitarbeitendenzufriedenheit sowie Mitarbeitendenbindung im Unternehmen
- Du maximierst die externe Sichtbarkeit der Teams und des Unternehmens durch die Teilnahme an Seminaren und Konferenzen
- Du tauschst Dich mit anderen Expertenteams und Geschäftseinheiten innerhalb der globalen Organisation aus, um Synergien und gruppenübergreifendem Lernen zu maximieren

**Dein Format**
- Du hast einschlägige internationale Berufserfahrung bei einem Service Provider in der Leitung von Private Cloud
- und Infrastrukturlösungen und Teams auf Enterprise-Level
- Du verfügst über fundiertes technisches Wissen und Verständnis von Private Cloud-Lösungen
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Leitung von Führungskräften mit Personalverantwortung
- Du bringst Erfahrung mit in der Unterstützung umfangreicher technischer und organisationaler Transformationen
- Du hast sehr gute Marktkenntnisse im Bereich Private Cloud und Infrastruktur-Services auf Enterprise-Level
- Du bringst starke Fähigkeiten mit in Kommunikation, Analyse und Strategie
