Die** Business Unit TacticalCore **ist in der blackned für den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus** **der Software Produktlinien RIDUX und XONITOR verantwortlich. Hier hat unsere **Abteilung Delivery **die Aufgabe, die unmittelbare Kundenbetreuung für freigegebene Software Produkte inkl. der Bereitstellung von Produktunterlagen, Lizenzen, Trainingsmodulen über ein Kundenportal und dem Betrieb des Service Desks und dem den 1st Level Support zu verantworten.

Als **Director Delivery **bist du als Leiter einer Abteilung Mitglied des Führungsteams in der Business Unit Tactical Core und verantwortlich für Bereitstellung unserer Produktlösungen an unsere internationalen Kunden sowie die zugehörige Kundenkommunikation als auch die zeitgerechte Serviceerbringung. Diese umfasst die Bearbeitung von Tickets und die Eskalation in die jeweilige Produktlinie oder Systemverantwortlichen innerhalb der blackned. Darüber hinaus solltest du Erfahrungen in direkten, disziplinaren Führung von Mitarbeiter*innen mitbringen. Die Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit und die Unterstützung des Kunden zur optimalen Nutzung unserer Lösungen stehen dabei an erster Stelle.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Disziplinare Führung der direkten Mitarbeiter sowie die persönliche und fachliche Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter
- Einstellung gem. Stellenplanung (siehe RACI-Matrix) sowie Onboarding neuen Mitarbeitern
- Überwachung der Einhaltung von Unternehmensvorgaben (z.B. Richtlinien und Prozesse) im eigenen Bereich
- Überwachung und Steigerung der Produktivität der Mitarbeiter (wer arbeitet wie viel für was)
- Definition und Umsetzung von Zielen für den eigenen Verantwortungsbereich in Abstimmung mit dem MD TC die unmittelbare Kundenbetreuung für verfügbare Software-Produkte
- Bereitstellung von Produktunterlagen, Lizenzen, Trainingsmodulen über ein Kundenportal
- Steuerung des 1st Level Supports
- Erhöhung der Kundenbindung
- Durchführung/Bereitstellung von internen/externen Trainings auf Basis Web based Trainings für die Produkte
- Erstellung der Produktdokumentation und Trainingsunterlagen
- Übergabe, Einweisung und Aufnahme von Feedback der bzw. zu den Liefergegenständen an den Kunden und an interne Stakeholder
- Betrieb des Kundenportals und des Service Desks

**Deine Kenntnisse/Erfahrungen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem relevanten Bereich oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung
- und kommunikation, idealerweise in der Softwarebranche
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Teamorientierung und Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Kenntnisse in der Nutzung und Umsetzung von Kundenportalen und Support-Ticketsystemen
- Kenntnisse zur Planung und Umsetzung von Trainingskonzepten und Durchführung von Schulungen
- Erfahrungen bei der Erstellung von Produktdokumentationen und Trainingsunterlagen
- Kenntnisse zum Thema User Experience
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. Level C1)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
