We are looking for a** **Director, Reporting and CSR (all genders)** to join the **global CSR, Sustainability and Safety team** **on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

The team leads Delivery Hero’s social and environmental efforts, as well as the efforts to care for our riders wellbeing and safety. This role will lead two parts of the team: non-financial reporting and social impact. Reporting is undergoing transformation change due to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and EU Taxonomy. The role will drive the change and execution of the non-financial reporting program, working in close collaboration with leaders in finance, risk and other central functions. In addition, we want to develop the next phase of our social impact strategy, and this role will work with sustainability leaders in our brands to craft an approach to maximise the positive impact our business has in local communities.

**Your mission**:

- Lead the non-financial reporting program including the change management necessary to achieve compliance with CSRD and EU Taxonomy.
- Ensure alignment and effective working relationships between CSR team and internal functions for non-financial reporting process
- Work seamlessly with investor relations and other teams to manage queries from investors and continually improve ESG ratings
- Monitor and advise the business on non-financial reporting regulation including CSRD, EU Taxonomy, TCFD among others
- Lead Delivery Hero’s global approach to creating positive social impact
- Be the main point of contact for global NGO and charitable partnerships
- Manage and grow a team of at least 2 people.

**Your heroic skills**:

- 7+ years’ experience in non-financial reporting and social impact/CSR preferably in a management role at a large company
- Previous experience working on non-financial/ESG/sustainability reporting and external assurance
- Working knowledge of CSRD, EU Taxonomy, TCFD and SASB
- Experience working with charitable organisations
- Skills: Strong influencing, communication and stakeholder engagement skills; excellent people management and project management skills
- Behavior: a passion to save the world mixed with pragmatism to get things done; empathy to connect with those they serve, professionalism and energy.

**Nice to have**:

- Experience creating global strategies and driving achievement of targets across autonomous entities
- Knowledge of German and European non-financial reporting regulations
- Experience project managing external assurance with a big 4 auditor
