We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team in the DACH region. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive sales growth, build strong relationships, and identify new business opportunities.

About the Role:
  • Sell Workiva's core platform to executive-level buyers and influencers in private or publicly traded companies across the DACH region.
  • Collaborate with Solution Sales teams to deliver multi-solution sales and achieve sales growth through new customer subscriptions, professional services, delivery, and training.
Responsibilities:
  • Actively seek out sales opportunities in collaboration with peer Sales teams, Inside Sales, and Partnerships to generate qualified sales pipeline.
  • Utilize information gathered during the needs analysis phase to deliver compelling demonstrations of the Workiva platform.
  • Effectively address customer objections, remove obstacles, and find solutions to various client challenges.
  • Lead the sales process naturally, guiding it to a close by showcasing Workiva's value proposition.
  • Regularly update customer relationship management tools to report customer contacts and provide accurate forward-looking information through pipeline analysis to forecast sales.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy with purposeful action to secure the sale and prioritize selling activities for timely follow-through.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Workiva products through ongoing training and a growth mindset.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in a related role, such as enterprise technology or complex solution sales.
  • Fluency in both German and English required.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business challenges.
  • Executive presence and ability to communicate at the most senior level.
