Administrative Assistant for Customer Office

**Your tasks**:
- Preparation and logging of various committees, project meetings and regular mgt meetings; consolidation of reports and communications to Customer Office Team
- Creating presentations for Site General Management, Monthly Team Meetings, Guidelines and Procedures for Customer Office; creating and tracking appointments and tasks
- Taking on site logistic projects, handling of suppliers in relation to Customer Office
- Travel planning support, tracking approvals, reimbursements, creation and tracking of purchasing orders
- IT, HSE, Mandatory training like First Aid and Fire Guard coordination and keeping track of equipment
- Support Quality and IT/IS related activities, audits - IATF and TISAX; coordination of VISA and invitation letter processes for international visitors from abroad
- Onboarding and necessary support for international employees; organization of Employee Events and Team Buildings - Breakfast, AfterWork
**Your profile**:
- Completed studies in business administration, foreign language correspondent (IHK) or commercial training
- At least, several years of experience as an administrative assistant
- Driver License
- Project management experience
- Experience with VISA processes, secondments or global mobility tasks
- Good Office Tools knowledge
- Fluent English and German, French or Arabic an advantage
