**Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten**
- In Ihrer Rolle als Scientific Expert (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die wissenschaftlichen und technischen Bewertungen und Implementierungen analytischer Technologien, Instrumente, Prozesse und Methoden.
- Zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet gehört ebenso die Durchführung analytischer Entwicklungsaktivitäten zur Bewertung von Säugetierzellkultur-basierten Biopharmazeutika einschließlich dazugehöriger Methodenentwicklung und -qualifizierung, Produktcharakterisierung, explorativer Stabilitätsstudien, toxikologischer Materialversorgung und Methodentransfers.
- Des Weiteren unterstützen Sie das Projektteam bei der Planung, Koordination und Auswertung analytischer Aktivitäten sowie bei der Erstellung von projektrelevanten Dokumenten (z.B. Entwicklungsberichte) in englischer Sprache.
**Anforderungen**
- Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Master
- oder Diplomstudium in Bioanalytik, Biochemie o.ä. mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung, alternativ ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium mit dementsprechend langjähriger Berufserfahrung - PhD wünschenswert
- Umfassende wissenschaftliche Expertise in der Analytischen Chemie und Proteinchemie sowie der Charakterisierung von Biologika und deren Funktion, die Sie befähigt, analytische Technologien zur Charakterisierung von Proteinen, z.B. monoklonalen Antikörpern, weiterzuentwickeln bzw. neu zu etablieren
- Praktische und theoretische Erfahrung mit analytischen Technologien (z.B. ELISA, SPR, qPCR, Chromatographie, Kapillarelektrophorese) und analytischer Methodenentwicklung
- Affinität zu Digitalisierungs
- und Automatisierungsthemen ist von Vorteil als auch Projekterfahrung und Expertise in der Organisation eines Labors
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, ohne direkte Führungsposition in multidisziplinären Teams Einfluss zu nehmen
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im internationalen Umfeld und verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (technische Dokumentationen)
