What you'll bedoing

Reporting directly to theEMEA Sales Director, Ripjar is looking for a highly motivatedGerman speaking Sales professional to work within our EMEA newbusiness sales team. The Sales Manager role is an excitingopportunity to join a rapidly growing and well-funded scale-up, tohelp grow new business sales activities within the region. Thisposition is integral for aggressive growth plans in 2024 andbeyond.

KeyTasks

  • Define, implement& execute a greenfield sales strategy for Germany and Austriato help exceed EMEA revenue targets.
  • Generatenew leads through inbound and outbound salesactivities.
  • Manage leads to closure through acomplex sales cycle.
  • Maintain detailedopportunity information and provide accurateforecasting.
  • Collaborate with partners tomaximise lead generation and accountcoverage.
  • Develop and maintain detailedterritory go-to-market and accountplans.
  • Monitor customer, market and competitoractivity and provide feedback to sales leadership and other companyfunctions.

KeySkills

  • Extensiveenterprise software selling experience.
  • A solidbackground selling complex solutions into FinancialServices.
  • Understands how German and AustrianTier 1 banks operate and their buyingprocesses.
  • Fluent inGerman.
