Summary

For the management of HENSOLDT Optronics GmbH, we are looking for a "Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (f/m/d)" at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible.

Your Tasks
- Personal support of the management in all organisational topics and administrative tasks
- Organisation and monitoring of internal and external appointments, coordination and preparation of events and other meetings, as well as the provision of required documents
- Independent prioritisation and autonomous execution of tasks, always oriented towards day-to-day business and current management requirements
- Planning and organising business trips, including obtaining visas, as well as carrying out travel expense reports
- Supporting the division's management team in organisational and administrative activities, as well as ongoing projects

Your Profile
- Completed commercial training, an additional technical qualification based on this or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in the field of activity
- Confident and experienced handling of MS Office
- High degree of discretion and loyalty as well as eloquence and professional appearance
- Independent, reliable and service-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills and foresighted action
- Very good knowledge of German and English
