Summary
For the “Ground Based Systems” division, we are looking for a “Team Leader in the Ground Based Systems division (f/m/d)” at our branch office in Aalen as soon as possible.
Your Tasks- Technical and disciplinary management of the production area- Further development of employees, also with regard to future requirements- Ensuring the production program, taking into account the parameters of quality, quantity, deadline and cost-effectiveness in cross-team coordination with various interface areas (business area, development, purchasing, quality management)- Operational organization of the entire production area as well as long-term strategic planning of the area's orientation- Making adjustments and rescheduling in the event of short-term deviations and disruptions- Sustainable and continuous improvement and further development of production processes and the area of responsibility using innovative methods (lean production, lean management)- Collaboration in the definition of quality standards- Responsibility for production quality and the implementation of quality assurance measures- Control of maintenance work and participation in the conception of predictive maintenance- Responsibility for all HSE topics for the relevant production area
Your Profile- Completed technical studies or comparable- Many years of experience in planning and managing projects in production advantageous- Several years of experience in the assembly, qualification and design of optronic devices, preferably in the field of military technology- Initial experience in managing employees- Experience in the design and implementation of improvement processes and in the use of structured and process-oriented production tools and methods- Sound knowledge of modern ERP and production systems (SAP)- Independent, structured way of working and a sense of responsibility- High level of commitment, initiative and flexibility- Integration and assertiveness as well as good communication skills- Very good German and English skills
