We are working with some of the hottest B2C brands, including Epic Games, Thomas Henry and Udemy - and we're just getting started Our vision is to lead the development of a new generation of research technologies that enable us to better understand the needs, desires and preferences of people around the world.

**About the Role**:
We are looking for ambitious, committed Sales/Business Development Representatives to join our team. As an S/BDR you will be responsible for driving Latana's outbound pipeline growth; qualifying leads and thus generating new business opportunities for our Account Executives to convert into revenue.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of the sales engine at a market leading product. In your role, you will be the first point of contact for new commercial deals, helping build the foundations of a lasting business relationship. Combining elements of research with consultative sales, your role will be a diverse one which has tangible impacts on both Latana, and the partner client.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Keep on top of the latest commercial developments across different industries and markets, identifying the best new business opportunities for Latana.
- Create target account lists based on specific industries, and execute your own sales strategy to help grow your pipeline.
- Communicate the various value propositions of the Latana platform to multiple key stakeholders at key accounts.
- Use LinkedIn and social selling to grow your own professional network and further engage your target accounts and prospects.
- Be a reliable advisor, capable of educating and advising your prospects on how Latana can help them.
- Regularly meet and exceed your monthly meetings target.
- Bring your own positive attitude and energy to the team

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Success in a previous sales role - achieving or even exceeding monthly targets/quotas on a consistent basis. BDR experience in a fast growth startup is preferred.
- Advanced English language skills plus confidence presenting and speaking with senior stakeholders about marketing, brand and insight.
- CRM knowledge including Hubspot or Salesforce is beneficial but not required.
- Experience in Market Research/SaaS - hugely beneficial but not required.
