**Über die Role**
Wir suchen nach einem motivierten und engagierten Business Development Representative (BDR), der sich unserem Team anschließen möchte. In dieser Rolle spielst du eine bedeutende Rolle bei der Akquise neuer Kunden und der Steigerung unserer Vertriebspipeline. Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören:
- Identifikation und Ansprache potenzieller Kunden durch Akquisitionsaktivitäten wie Telefonakquise, E-Mail-Kontakt und Interaktion in sozialen Medien.
- Recherche und Verständnis verschiedener Branchen und Markttrends, um potenzielle Kunden und ihre Bedürfnisse besser zu verstehen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Vertriebsteam, um kreative Strategien und Kampagnen zu entwickeln, die Leads generieren und Kunden begeistern.
- Kommunikation mit Kunden, um ihre Anforderungen zu verstehen, ihnen die Vorteile unserer OCR-Software zu präsentieren und Verkaufstermine mit unserem Vertriebsteam zu vereinbaren.
- Sorgfältige Dokumentation aller Interaktionen mit potenziellen Kunden in unserem CRM-System.
- Überwachung und Berichterstattung von Vertriebskennzahlen sowie des Fortschritts in der Vertriebspipeline an das Vertriebs
- und Marketingteam.

**Was muss ich mitbringen?**
- Eine nachweisbare Erfahrung (1-2 Jahre) als Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative oder in ähnlichen Positionen, idealerweise in einem SaaS-Unternehmen.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und zwischenmenschliche Fertigkeiten, um potenzielle Kunden effektiv über Telefon, E-Mail und soziale Medien anzusprechen und Beziehungen aufzubauen.
- Eine zielorientierte Denkweise mit der Fähigkeit, gesetzte Ziele zu erreichen oder sogar zu übertreffen.
- Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben und Termine gleichzeitig erfolgreich zu bewältigen.
