**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**:

2. Collaborate closely with Gowide's sales team to bolster the pipeline by engaging with various stakeholders within Gowide's prospect accounts through personalized outreach.

4. Deliver a superior prospect and customer experience during every interaction, striving to become an expert in effectively conveying Gowide's value to potential customers.

5. Maintain meticulous records of lead interactions within our CRM system.

6. Contribute to the development of scalable demand generation campaigns based on data analysis, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing process improvements.

**EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE**:
- 1. Possessing a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR).

2. Demonstrating a genuine enthusiasm for establishing a career in sales.

3. Proven track record of achieving high performance in previous roles.

4. Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.

5. Adaptability and enthusiasm for thriving in a dynamic startup environment with a fast-paced work culture.

6. In-depth knowledge of Digital Transformation, ERP Solutions, Digital Marketing, and associated technologies.

7. Aspiring to surpass measurable performance goals.

8. Exhibiting resilience, high motivation, and the ability to navigate objections and rejections daily.

9. Cultivating a positive attitude and a passion for collaborative teamwork.

10. Displaying natural curiosity and a growth mindset, consistently seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.

**Salary**: 15,000.00€ - 46,619.88€ per year
