Global Customer Service Quality Trainer

As a Global Customer Service Quality Trainer (M/F/x), you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to ensure that our global customer service team delivers the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with regional customer service teams to identify training needs, create tailored training plans, and conduct training sessions to enhance customer service competencies.
**Your Tasks**:
- You identify global customer service team training needs through assessments and evaluations, creating customized training plans with best practices
- You lead workshops using varied methods to enhance skills within the global customer service team and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
- You implement measures for monitoring and evaluating service quality, analyzing feedback and performance data to establish quality standards
- You collaborate with regional teams to understand specific training needs and tailor plans accordingly
- You effectively communicate training content and outcomes to relevant stakeholders
**Your Skills**:
- You bring extensive professional experience to the table, blending expertise in customer service and training
- You have a proven track record in crafting and executing training programs, ideally in a global context
- Your arsenal includes excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to adeptly deliver training content and engage with a diverse, global team
- Your strong analytical skills are a valuable asset, allowing you to effectively assess training needs and monitor service quality
- You effortlessly navigate international communication with fluency in English, while your proficiency in Spanish and German adds an extra layer to your skill set. Your command of French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, and Swedish further showcases your versatility, highlighting your adaptability in diverse linguistic environments
- Your willingness to travel internationally, if required, underscores your commitment to contributing on a global scale
