**Export Compliance Officer (m/w/d) **in Vollzeit.
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung der Exportkontrolle
- Verwaltung von Genehmigungen, Überprüfung von Lieferungen inkl. Physical Checks; Pflege von Klassifizierungen; Archivierung inklusive Berichterstattung an das BAFA und Verwaltung von Frist
- Mithilfe bei der Sicherstellung eines durchgehenden Exportkontrollprozesses, der die permanente Rückverfolgung von Projektexporten für jeden Schritt des Produktionsprozesses ermöglicht
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller geltenden nationalen und internationalen Gesetze und Bestimmungen bzgl. Exportkontrolle
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von internen und externen Audits
- Unterstützung der operativen Bereiche und der IT bei der Umsetzung der Export Compliance Richtlinien für IT-Systeme und Datenbanken
**Ihr Profil**:
- Idealerweise verfügen Sie über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Rechtswissenschaften oder Betriebswirtschaft
- Sichere Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Kenntnisse in EU Dual-Use, US Re-Exportkontrolle und im deutschen Außenwirtschaftsrecht
