About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Regulatory and Compliance Engineer to join our team at OSB AG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the regulatory compliance of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with product safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop compliant products.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure product safety.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and safety guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product safety and compliance.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry associations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs and compliance.
  • Proven track record of ensuring regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Fluency in English and German.
