Your Future Role:As an Airworthiness Assurance Engineer (m/f/d), you will collaborate with our esteemed client, Airbus Defence and Space, in ensuring compliance and safety standards.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Design Organisation's compliance through effective application of airworthiness assurance methodologies (e.g., audits, performance metrics, safety incident evaluations, etc.), including thorough investigation of findings and ensuring resolution.
  • Evaluate potential risks identified through the Design Organisation Approval Safety Management System (DOA-SMS).
  • Conduct investigations, propose corrective actions, and ensure timely implementation.
  • Monitor engineering compliance and safety management.
  • Provide advisory support within the Design Organisation on DOA-related matters.
  • Assess and oversee suppliers with design responsibilities.
  • Assist the DOA Management in obtaining and maintaining Airbus DS Design Organisation Approvals.
Your Profile:
  • Degree in aeronautics, aerospace engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Airworthiness Assurance Engineer.
  • Familiarity with certification standards in both military and civilian regulatory frameworks.
  • Mandatory experience in auditing.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Auditor training is preferred.
  • Fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.
