In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:
**Finance and Customer Service Lead**

**Main activities**

**_Finance_**
- Actively participate in the formulation of the company’s future direction by supporting its initiatives, monitoring the implementation of the strategic plans and developing performance measures that support the company’s strategic direction.
- Co-ordinate and supervise all accounting, controlling and tax aspects, optimize the use of accounting systems so that they meet corporate and group regulatory, statutory and tax purposes and provide the necessary tax, statutory and corporate expertise.
- Implement management control through the preparation of budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes to management.
- Ensure, that the management of budgeting activities involve the relative analysis of deviations, defining the forecast plan of costs and revenues and the draft business process analysis reports when required.
- Prepare the statutory and consolidated financial statements in compliance with current regulations and fulfilment of the relevant tax declarations: coordination of consolidation and group financial reporting activities; preparation of all data collection activities for the legal entity; discussion and interpretation with the Board of Directors of the consolidated data and their results; management of relations with the external auditing company.
- Risk assessment and management through the implementation of planning and internal control systems.
- Understanding the business, aimed at providing accurate financial and management data, useful for improving performance and defining the company’s financial investment plans.
- Financial management of the company: long-term planning of financial requirements and cash flow, interaction with other company functions in order to verify and control the impact of their activities from a financial point of view.
- Draft and implement the departments’ budgets.

**Customer Service**
- Draft, implement, and execute policies and procedures to facilitate a quality customer service experience.
- Establish performance metrics for customer service staff.
- Develop and implement methods to record, assess, and analyze customer feedback.
- Develop and implement training and quality assurance programs for new hires and experienced employees.
- Identify and recommend or acquire updates and expansions to technology, equipment, and policies that may improve customer service and retention.
- Subject to agreed criteria, set action and targets, appraise and manage performance, development, training, coaching and general support of all team members to ensure targets are met.

**_HR, IT & Legal activities_**
- HR activities like setting up contracts, follow up on improvement plans, recruitment, etc.
- Ensuring local compliance and close cooperation with Global HR in Geneva
- Coordinate and support the development of local IT improvements.
- Contract with third party provider, liaise with lawyers to ensure legal and regulatory compliance and identify potential risk issues.

**Your profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or economics.
- At least 10 years of extensive experience in finance in modern structured international companies.
- Min. of 5 years in finance people management
- Knowledge of customer service duties and used to work closely with a customer service department.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal as well as finance and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt and succeed in a changing environment.
