**Deine Mission bei uns**:** Your Mission with Us**

As a strategic leader with a hands-on approach, you will be responsible for building our finance organization from the ground up. You will take over responsibility for core financial processes, from accounting to monthly financial reporting, to get to know them intimately. By identifying key areas for improvement, you will initiate and lead projects to optimize our financial operations. As we grow, you will staff and develop the finance team to take over these operations. This role holds great strategic value, managing seven-figure budgets and assets, and supporting the future of plancraft as a fintech solution for craftsmen.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Financial Operations**: take over responsibility for core financial processes, including accounting and monthly financial reporting. Gain hands-on experience to identify key areas for improvement, initiate projects to optimize financial operations.
- ** Building and Leading the Finance Organization**:having learned and shaped first-hand, how we thinkg of successful financial operations and management, you staff, manage and develop the finance team to manage these operations as the company grows.
- ** Strategic Financial Management**: Manage seven-figure budgets and assets, ensuring financial health and sustainability. Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and company growth, and develop and implement financial strategies to support market expansion and new business initiatives.
- ** Fintech Integration**: Leverage Plancraft’s invoicing software to enhance financial processes and customer solutions. Ensure seamless integration of fintech solutions within the overall financial strategy, maximizing efficiency and value for the company and its clients.
- ** The Quality Obsessed Improvement Driver**: you are having excellence for breakfast and love accuracy. Hence, you initiate continuous improvement projects across all financial processes, ensuring robust financial operations that support the company’s strategic goals. Work closely with other departments to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.

**Dein Profil**:
**Qualifications**
- At least 7 years of experience in a senior financial role, with min. 2 years in SaaS
- Proven track record of building and managing finance teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and strategic financial management.
- Experience with fintech solutions and their integration into financial operations.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work culture.
- Fluent in German and English.

**Salary**

The salary for this position is between €75,000 and €100,000 per year, depending on your experience.
