**Director (M/F/d) Commercial Sales Management**:

- REQUISITION ID: 4597- LOCATION: Hamburg, DE- DEPARTMENT: Controlling / Finance**Your Tasks**:

- Member of the Core Management Team in Finance Division Europe
- Reporting to VP Finance Division Europe
- Responsible for the project approval process for Division Europe including Project Board Meeting and Management Approval’s
- Leading/Documenting the Division Europe Management Project Approval Meetings
- Continuous improvement of Limits of Authority as sales guidance and basis for approvals
- Key Stakeholder in pricing/costing/risk management for large sales projects
- Responsible for Sales Controlling incl. Performance Reporting, Cost Center Monitoring, Budget Process Responsibility
- Key Stakeholder in pricing/costing/risk management for large sales projects
- Responsible for the structure of the Sales calculation template
- Managing the interface to the global planning department ensuring correct consideration of all sales projects in supply chain planning
- Leading a team of 7 colleagues working in the areas as described above

**Your Profile**:

- Management profile with 5+ years business experience
- Experience in wind industry desirable
- Experience in Sales, Tendering, Risk and Contract Management combined with a good understanding of Finance/Controlling
- German + English language
- Excellent analytical skills as well as strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
