Endress+Hauser Digital Solutions (EHDS) is Endress+Hauser group’s product center for Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), digitalization, digital communication, integration, Plant Asset Management and digital solutions. While Endress+Hauser has an excellent reputation as a leading manufacturer of process measuring instruments; we believe, Digital solutions for process automation are also an important part of its offering. In order to grow the EHDS business unit, we are currently looking for a Head of DevOps - Digital Solutions.

**Roles + Responsibilities**
- You oversee and guide all activities of our DevOps and directly related teams
- You lead the design, build, and operation of highly secure and scalable software.
- You guarantee the reduction or removal of bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the DevOps activities and engineering department
- You ensure both quality assurance and continuous software testing
- You will be responsible for empowering the teams to create a positive climate, high collaboration, and self-responsibility
- You will be responsible for the operational business of the DevOps teams (lean, compliant) and the economic success (cost effectuation, value of platform)

**Qualification + Profile**
- University degree (ETH, Uni, FH) in Information Technology or similar
- Passionate about Digital and SaaS oriented businesses
- Extensive programming experience (Web-Application and Web-Architecture)
- Entrepreneurial thinking and result orientation
- Extensive expertise working with IIoT Platforms and services (DevOps)
- Strong knowledge of methods in SW-Development in an agile context -CI/CD, TDD, Security
- Strong knowledge of architecture of distributed Cloud-Applications, including cost drivers and operational efficiency
- Experience in (organizational) change management and guidance through strategic decisions
- Sound experience in Leadership and coaching of teams based on agile values
