We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our marketing efforts across multiple channels. If you have a passion for strategic marketing, a proven track record of running successful campaigns, and a strong understanding of the latest marketing trends, we want to hear from you

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for all teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
- Set, monitor, and report on team goals to ensure we achieve our marketing objectives.
- Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies to effectively promote our products or services.
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas to tailor our marketing efforts accordingly.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand our market share.
- Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans to build a high-performing marketing team.
- Monitor competition, including acquisitions, pricing changes, and new products or features, to stay ahead in the market.
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives, aligning marketing strategies with overall business goals.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

- Proven work experience as a Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within our industry.
- Demonstrated success in running effective marketing campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of web analytics and experience with Google Adwords.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to track and analyze customer data.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals for the marketing team.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed marketing decisions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
