**About the role and venture**:
A series A stage global leader in sound personalization and hearing well-being technology. The venture provides the number one digital hearing test app on the market and a flexible software development kit SDK with digital signal processing DSP integration to enable advanced personalized sound technology into a wide range of devices.

The product works across multiple listening environments including true wireless headphones, TV and smartphones, so listeners can enjoy truly personalized audio wherever they are while protecting their hearing at the same time.

To help bring amazing hearing technology to more people around the world, they are looking for a **Chief Commercial Officer **for full-time employment in Berlin. We're seeking a strategic thinker and experienced executive to take ownership of commercial market strategy, marketing, and business development functions.

**What you'll do**:

- Advance & refine a commercial strategy that aligns people, sales and marketing capabilities to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Devise and implement mid and long-term strategic plans and goals to consistently meet and exceed sales and business objectives.
- Manage and grow the sales pipeline of potential new partners.
- Expand business from existing clients and partnerships into new verticals.
- Develop and manage a sales and marketing organization that has the flexibility to move swiftly and decisively to take advantage of market opportunities.
- Gain broad marketplace intelligence and a deep understanding of customer requirements, the competitive landscape, and emerging trends to provide market-leading perspectives, tools, and techniques that can be utilized effectively to develop and promote success.
- Build and manage relationships with key partners, stakeholders and clients to maximize revenue and growth opportunities.
- Communicate at all levels in the organization and towards external stakeholders to ensure that sales and marketing plans are clearly understood, and maintain the company’s vision, values, and philosophy.
- Represent the company in professional organizations related to the industry.

**About you**:

- An experienced sales and marketing leader with a minimum of 10 years of experience, ideally in B2B licensing business models
- A visionary with a proven track record of building, coaching, and scaling both sales and marketing teams, ideally in high-growth start-up & scale-up businesses
- A transformational leader with strong communication skills who can inspire, mentor, and motivate individuals and teams.
- A financial whiz who can confidently analyze data, create sales and marketing budgets and take calculated risks to drive business growth.
- Hands-on experience strategizing and negotiating complex sales deals. Exposure to doing so within the sound/electronics industry is highly advantageous.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while also executing at a tactical level, ensuring operational excellence and driving results.
- A data-driven leader who uses metrics to inform decision-making and holds teams accountable for achieving goals.
- A relationship-builder with outstanding interpersonal skills, business acumen, and

sound judgment who can navigate complex relationships with ease.
