Wir sind Schwedens größter Online Shop für Second Hand und Teil der H&M Gruppe. Seit 2020 sind wir auch am Standort Berlin vertreten. Mit einer unendlichen Menge gebrauchter Artikel, die auf ihre zweite Chance warten, hat unsere Reise in Europa gerade erst begonnen

Als Customer Happiness Hero bist du die Stimme von Sellpy und bearbeitest Kundenanfragen aller Art via E-Mail, Chat und Telefon. Du bist somit der erste Kontaktpunkt für unsere Kunden und trägst dazu bei, mehr Menschen zu einem nachhaltigen Konsum zu inspirieren. Du kannst flexibel von zu Hause und aus unserem Büro in Friedrichshain arbeiten. Es ist ein Pluspunkt für uns, wenn du in Berlin oder Umgebung wohnst. Wir sind ein kleines Customer Happiness Team von 5 Vollzeit Mitarbeiter\*innen, in dem wir freundlich und offen miteinander umgehen.

Aufgaben
- Du gibst alles für die Zufriedenheit unserer Käufer\*innen und Verkäufer\*innen, egal, um welche Belange es sich handelt. Du bearbeitest Anfragen via E-Mail, Chat und Telefon. Dabei arbeitest du immer Kunden
- und Lösungsorientiert.
- Du hilfst dabei, unseren Service auf der Basis von Kundenfeedback zu verbessern und bringst dich aktiv ein, um unsere Prozesse im Kundenservice - aber auch darüber hinaus - weiter auszubauen. Dabei arbeitest du im engen Austausch mit deinen Kolleg\*innen in Berlin und Stockholm.
- Du hast Lust ein fester Bestandteil von Sellpy zu werden und mit uns zu wachsen und dich zu entwickeln.

Qualifikation
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse
- Service
- und Lösungsorientierung: Du hast Interesse daran, Lösungen zu finden und das Angebot für unsere Kunden zu verbessern
- Eine gute Portion Einfühlungsvermögen, Gelassenheit und Humor : )
- Effizientes Arbeiten und gute Struktur bei der Bearbeitung von Anfragen
- Erfahrungen im Kundenservice ist ein Plus
- Vorliebe für Second Hand ist ein Plus
- Offenes und dynamisches Umfeld und Team - du trägst zur Expansion von Sellpy in Deutschland und Österreich bei
- Möglichkeit für Arbeiten von Zuhause oder nach Wunsch in unserem Büro in Friedrichshain
