**Ihre Mission**:
**Im Einklang mit der Strategie und den Zielen von Richemont Europe in den Bereichen Physical Security (PS) und Health & Safety & Environment (HSE) sowie den Konzernrichtlinien ist der Head of Security für das Management, die Umsetzung, die Koordination und die Leitung aller Sicherheitsaspekte innerhalb des zugewiesenen Bereichs verantwortlich. Innerhalb dieses Rahmens verwaltet der Stelleninhaber alle Security
- und HSE-Prozesse und -Maßnahmen innerhalb von Richemont Northern Europe (RNE - Deutschland - Österreich - Tschechische Republik).**

**Ihre Herausforderungen**:

- Ausrichtung der Bereiche Physical Security und HSE entsprechend der Konzernrichtlinien
- Verantwortung für das Thema Sicherheit in unserem Office, in den Boutiquen, für unsere Mitarbeitenden sowie für lokale Events
- Personalverantwortung für 6 Mitarbeitende inklusive Verantwortung über die Weiterentwicklung der Teammitgliedern
- Durchführung von internen und externen Ermittlungen im Falle von Betrug, Diebstahl und Unfällen
- Verantwortung für die Erstellung eines Sicherheitskonzepts für Boutique-Neueröffnungen/ Renovierungen basierend auf Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Risikoanalysen
- Erstellung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen zum Schutz der Mitarbeitenden, inklusive Schulung des Personals und Bereitstellung von Präventivmaßnahmen
- Ansprechpartner für das Richemont Headquarter Genf und unsere Marken
- Verantwortung für eine gute Zusammenarbeit aller Stakeholder (Richemont Europe Physical Security and Health & Safety, Richemont Local functions, Local Brands, externe Dienstleister).
- Sicherstellung der Einführung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der jeweiligen zentralen und lokalen Richtlinien
- Betreuung und Überwachung der externen Dienstleister für Sicherheit und Warentransport
- Budgetmanagement und Management von adhoc Projekten

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches, technisches oder tätigkeitsrelevantes Studium mit mindestens 7 Jahren Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen Unternehmen
- Umfassende Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich Sicherheit und idealerweise im Gebäudemanagement inklusive Verständnis der rechtlichen Vorgaben in diesen Bereichen
- Kreativer und strategischer Denker, welcher komplexe Herausforderungen proaktiv analysiert und praktische Unterstützung leistet
- Motivierende Führungspersönlichkeit, die in der Lage ist, die Richtung vorzugeben, Konsens zu erzielen und auf allen Ebenen sowie unterschiedlichen Kulturen Vertrauen zu gewinnen
- Effektive und zielgerichtete Kommunikation mit internen und externen Kunden mit einem kundenorientierten und selbstbewussten Auftreten
- Sie verfügen über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (mündlich und schriftlich)
- Sie haben gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office-Produkten
- Sie finden immer eine praktische Lösung und leben eine Hands-On-Mentalität
