In this role you will lead the agencies scientific content team and reports to the Medical Director. The Head of Scientific Content will manage client relationships at a senior medical level to ensure client satisfaction and the agency's scientific content business. You will:

- Be an expert in the medical areas of the client's business and be the primary medical contact for the client
- Provide oversight and strategic guidance to ensure best approach and successful delivery of scientific content projects
- Take ownership of the agency's scientific content and the strategic development of the medical team
- Oversee the strategic and tactical planning of scientific communications and provide guidance to all agency teams
- Provide leadership as the day-to-day and long-term champion of the scientific output, both internally and externally

**Essential Requirements**:

- Strong medical communications experience spanning multiple therapy areas
- Scientific background (preferably MD, Biology, Pharmacy or similar)
- Experience in leading teams

**Desired Requirements**:

- PhD/Dr.
- Experience in strategic thinking and communications planning
- Experience in engaging with scientific stakeholders (medical Teams on client slide, key opinion leaders, scientific advisors)
