Head of Security Operations

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up, maintain and operate the security incident management functions and procedures, alongside customer success functions and procedures
- Communicate with sales teams and customers to coordinate security related customer communication
- Create operational processes for security tooling and infrastructure
- Create and implement automated security lifecycles
- Plan and deliver relevant training and education
- Communicate with security managers and report to CLevel members of customers

**Essential Skills**:

- Fluent German and English language skills
- Experience designing incident response functions for cloud and onpremise service models
- Deep understanding of threat models
- Knowledge of Purple teaming alongside attack and defence techniques
- Knowledge & experience of team management, mentoring, training and aiding colleagues to grow

**Desired Skills**:

- Knowledge of an additional European language (German and English is a must)
- Knowledge & experience of security tools e.g. EDR/XDR, Cloud Security
