Private equity funds have long been one of the most attractive investment opportunities, outperforming public market benchmarks, like the S&P 500. But these funds have also been difficult or impossible to access, especially for individuals. Onerous paperwork, high investment minimums (~€10m) and difficulty picking a fund have all been hurdles that kept individuals out. Access has always been dominated by institutions or a select few. Enter Moonfare.
Moonfare is revolutionising access to private equity using a fully digital platform that provides qualified investors access to selectively vetted top-performing funds within 15 minutes and at minimums as low as €50,000. Moonfare provides investors with innovative reporting and the potential to trade their stakes in funds using our Secondary Market. We are introducing never before seen transparency and liquidity to private equity, and with our ongoing expansion across key markets in Europe and Asia, we are enabling investors around the world to reach further.
The Moonfare team brings together individuals with a wealth of different backgrounds, from leading investment and private banks and private equity fund managers to disruptive tech startups, leading newspapers and top law firms. **Intern - People & Culture (M/F/d)**

At Moonfare we are always looking to improve the overall employee experience by making sure our processes and office run smoothly and by introducing new initiatives driven by data. To support our ongoing efforts we are looking to hire a proactive, and diligent People & Culture Intern to join our People team. You will work 40 hrs per week. You will have the opportunity to learn about and contribute to the People teams' daily operations and the functioning of our office, along with an opportunity to be part of a highly diverse team.
**You will**:
- Assist with day-to-day people operations within our People & Culture department along the entire employee life-cycle
- Work on the maintenance of employee documents and paperwork, as well as taking care of our employee database
- Responsible for our HRIS audits and keeping the data updated with timely audits
- Contribute to pre-onboarding tasks as required by supporting hiring managers to ensure our new joiners have a fantastic start at Moonfare
- Support the workplace and culture manager with office management tasks such as weekly orders, deliveries and managing physical mails
- Assist the people team with event planning and organising cultural gathering
- Support in keeping our processes and related information up-to-date at all times
- Support the People & Culture team with other projects/administrative items as and when required
**The next Moonfarian**:
- Current university student or recent graduate with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration or a related business field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills
- An eagerness to learn and develop within a motivated and dynamic People & Culture team
- Ability to multitask whilst working in a rapidly growing environment
- Proactive mentality as you are always one step ahead
