People & Culture Intern

**We're seeking a People & Culture Intern who wants the unique opportunity to gain **in-depth HR knowledge** in a team with a modern People Experience approach.**:
**Our People & Culture team is responsible for building teams and enabling employee performance at scale through empowering systems, processes, tools, and guidance.**:
**Top responsibilities**:
- Contribute and take ownership in executing our strategy, and continuously search for improvements in our People systems, processes, and tools.
- Take part in developing, mapping, and implementing scalable HR processes as part of our employee lifecycle, including recruiting, talent development, and people operations. This role has 3 angles:
- Be involved in our recruiting efforts by establishing an appropriate sourcing strategy, conceptualizing job postings, and conducting first interviews;
- Drive our talent development efforts by supporting strategic projects in the area of People Experience (incl. employee performance and development, culture, and empowerment).
- Bring efficiency and automate HR operations to ensure we deliver quality employee experiences.
**What you should bring with you**:
- You are currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or a related field (but we're open to alternative paths too).
- You gathered some internship experience in previous sales, business development, HR, or operations roles.
- Good communication skills in English and German, and a natural knack for building relationships.
- Tech-savvy with a good grasp of tools like Slack, G-Suite, and Notion.
- A proactive and can-do attitude (we love problem solvers).

**What your interview journey will look like**:

- ** Case Interview**, to demonstrate your way of thinking, working, and communicating your output.
- ** Final meeting** **with our Co-Founder** to discuss further learn about our vision and discuss any open questions.
