We’re looking for top-notch **HR Business Partners** to provide outstanding customer service to our business leaders at distribution centers and regional offices across the country. We need people who thrive in a **fast-paced environment**, who are looking for a good challenge, and who are dedicated to **creating and developing superior** **customer relationships**.

In this **HR Business Partner **role, you will be an **essential part of everyday life**:

- Act as a trusted advisor to the business, to develop and administer various HR processes and policies by providing day-to-day HR support and solutions to attract, manage, develop, motivate, and retain employees to achieve business objectives in line with business needs, overarching HR plans/ policies and current legislation.
- Build relationships with managers on various levels of seniority (EMEA Board, Country HR Directors) and understand customer and key stakeholders’ interests and concerns
- Contribute and develop your expertise in Employee Engagement developing and administering Engagement and Diversity activities to increase employee engagement and productivity in line with Engagement and Diversity plans, practices, and cost budgets.
- Contribute and develop your expertise in Talent Management by developing and administering related processes and activities to achieve smooth running of succession planning, career development, and other in line with Talent Management frameworks and guidelines.
- Manage the community of Employee Opinion Survey Champions with a focus on developing and improving Employee Engagement strategies across EMEA Countries and Clusters.
- Manage budgets on an at-need-basis for projects within the key activities.

What do we need from you?
- More than 4 years in relevant HR functions, of which a minimum of 2 years in roles with significant strategic content
- Ideally 2 to 4 years of experience in Supply Chain
- University degree in relevant Human Resources or Business Strategy area
- Exposure across all key aspects of HR processes, including specifically Talent Management, Engagement
- Goal-oriented and structured way of work with a high sense of responsibility and self-initiative attitude
- Strong understanding of the Supply Chain business, ideally with knowledge within DHL Supply Chain or DSC EMEA
- Good team player with strong communication and facilitation skills and with a proven record of building and maintaining relationships
- Proven project management skills with knowledge of change management and related tools
- Experience working in an international / multi-cultural complex environment
- Strategic thinking as well as excellent stakeholder management skills to build networks and remove barriers
- Fluency in written and spoken English (German as a plus)
