We are offering an exciting opportunity for the position of Talent Acquisition Intern .
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will...
  • Actively support our recruitment processes (from attractive job postings to selection of best fits and coordination of interviews)
  • Develop and implement creative ideas to attract candidates through targeted Employer Branding activities
  • Contribute to a great candidate experience through engaging communication to candidates end-to-end
  • Take over responsibility for talent acquisition initiatives to further improve our processes
  • Prepare KPIs, support data analytics, and update system requirements to increase the effectiveness of data management

Who are we looking for?
  • You are enrolled in an university program focused on human resources, business administration, psychology, or related fields
  • You are available to work full-time/part-time for a minimum of 6 months
  • You love managing projects and have made a first experience. Ideally you already gained a first internship experience in the field of Talent Acquisition using Application Tracking System
  • You are comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Power BI, Excel, etc.
  • You have a can-do attitude and a willingness to go extra mile to achieve target results
  • You are keen and open to corporate in a multi-national environment
  • Your English is fluent both spoken and written. Any other EU languages are advantageous
