Are you looking for a 6- to 12-month high-impact internship in a globally leading company? Are you an enthusiastic learner who has a passion for recruitment and other talent acquisition initiatives, and enjoys working in a company in which your development is key? We are offering an exciting opportunity for the position of Talent Acquisition Intern.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will
- Actively support our recruitment processes (from attractive job postings to selection of best fits and coordination of interviews)
- Take over responsibility for talent acquisition initiatives to further improve our processes
- Prepare KPIs, support data analytics, and update system requirements to increase the effectiveness of data management

Who are we looking for?
- You are enrolled in a university program focused on human resources, business administration, psychology, or related fields
- You are available to work full-time/part-time for a minimum of 6 months
- You love managing projects and have made a first experience. Ideally you already gained a first internship experience in the field of Talent Acquisition using Application Tracking System
- You are comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Power BI, Excel, etc.
- You have a can-do attitude and a willingness to go extra mile to achieve target results
- You are keen and open to corporate in a multi-national environment
- Your English is fluent both spoken and written. Any other EU languages are advantageous
