**Responsibilities**:

- Technical and disciplinary management of the Logistics Distribution Center department
- Responsibility for warehouse and dispatch processing to our Klüber companies and direct customers
- Responsibility for occupational health and safety and health promotion within the department in cooperation with the responsible departments
- Definition and implementation of departmental goals within the framework of the corporate strategy
- Definition and measurement of key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as management and control of logistics activities based on the KPIs, including implementation of corrective measures to ensure target achievement
- Continuous improvement of logistics processes through appropriate measures and projects to increase efficiency based on corporate strategy and planned budget
- Responsibility of departmental budgets for costs and investments (planning and control)
- Project management
- Personnel planning in close cooperation with HR

**Qualifications**:

- Several years of experience in a logistics and operational management position
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering or alternatively comparable education with further qualification
- ERP know-how and high affinity to IT processes
- Best practice experience in intra
- and extra-logistics
- Ability to set up a KPI-based reporting system (scorecard, KPI management)
- Practical and solid experience in Lean Management and Six Sigma
- Personally and professionally convincing leadership personality
- A high degree of management competence as well as a team-oriented way of working
- Negotiation and communication skills
- Process and solution oriented mindset
- High motivation, active contribution of ideas for further development and optimization
- Willingness to also work "hands-on" in operational tasks
- Stress resistance
