Freudenberg is seeking a skilled Logistics Process Expert to join its team. As a key member of the logistics department, this role will be responsible for optimizing warehouse operations and ensuring efficient labelling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the labelling area in the warehouse, overseeing technical and disciplinary aspects
  • Implement labelling according to legal and customer-specific specifications, as well as Klüber standards
  • Coordinate with loading areas for smooth goods transfer
  • Regularly enforce 5S+S specifications within used areas
  • Maintain accurate warehouse KPIs for dispatch volume and delivery reliability
  • Analyze data to derive improvement measures and optimize work processes
  • Apply lean management principles and business management concepts to enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with upstream and downstream processes for holistic process flow
  • Work closely with neighbouring departments and support logistics projects
  • Represent divisional management in the LOG DC area and manage employees in line with KLM leadership principles

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics, preferably with specialisation in intra- and extra logistics
  • Proven expertise in SAP software and process-oriented thinking
  • Extensive knowledge of lean management/Six Sigma methodology and team orientation
  • Excellent English language skills and high stress resistance

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements and lead teams effectively. We offer a competitive salary range of approximately €80,000 - €110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our dynamic organization.
