**Responsibilities**:
Key figures & analyses:

- Creation and preparation of key figures and data for various reports (daily reporting, monthly logistics report, etc.) and development of new key figures
- Preparing, testing and graphical representation of key figures in Power BI
- Analysis and optimisation of order and inventory quantities according to business management principles and in line with the company's objectives
- Specialist collaboration and support for projects and supporting of project department
- Communication and information management
- Site communication: preparing site communication and ensuring timely distribution on various media at the site (info screens, whiteboards, etc.)
- Continuous further development of communication methods in line with modern approaches
- Creation, layout and target group-orientated preparation of logistics information for publication on the intranet, Klüber-Spiegel etc. in close coordination with Maisach management
- Organisation of the department's internal communication structure on various digital media

Administration:

- Support for department heads and team coordinators in Maisach: administration, documentation, support for holiday planning, archiving of daily meeting minutes, etc.
- Meeting and appointment management for department heads in Maisach, room planning
- Zeswin bookings for all employees
- xFlow / SAP & Veenion order processing and invoice verification
- Organisation of anniversaries and internal celebrations
- Travel organisation for the department heads
- Office organisation, participation in corresponding projects (5S+S, Lean Management Office, paperless office)

Qualifications:

- Commercial training or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the field of office management
- Very good IT skills in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Team-orientation, social and intercultural competence
- Above-average commitment
- Fluency in German and good command of English
- High stress resistance
