**Product Operations Specialist (m/w/d)**:
Location: Maisach
The Product Operations Specialist is responsible for coordinating with multiple departments within TTI as well as working closely with the TTI Family of Companies. You will be collaborating with the Product Operations Manager to work on new process improvements and adjusting inventory levels as needed. The role also consists of maintaining the Shelf-life Documentation, processing system updates and creating reports for the Product Department.
**Your responsibilities include**:
- Working closely with GRC (Global Resource Center India) team members and acting as an interface between your department and GRC regarding processes such as entering Quality Holds
- Processing system updates and creating reports for Purchasing department
- Assisting the Product Operations Manager in directing programs and performing other duties and special projects as assigned
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders for process improvements and aiming for increased efficiency and productivity
- Checking and processing new vendor set ups and changes
**What you bring to us**:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or similar and/or have one to three years of related administrative support experience
- Very good verbal and written communication in English, German language knowledge is of advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly transactional environment with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Strong interpersonal/teamwork skills to develop effective relationships with individuals and groups inside and outside the TTI organization
- Ability to perform daily accountabilities with mínimal direct supervision
