Ihre Aufgaben
- Technische und disziplinarische Leitung des Verpackungsbereichs im Lager
- Sicherstellung der Tätigkeiten in diesem Bereich:
- Verpackung und Etikettierung unserer Produkte nach gesetzlichen
- und kundenspezifischen Vorgaben und dem Klüber-Standard
- Verpacken der Ladeeinheiten nach den Vorgaben der Ladungssicherungsnorm
- Übergabe der verpackten und etikettierten Ware an die Ladefläche
- Regelmäßige Umsetzung der 5S+S-Vorgaben im genutzten Bereich
- Überwachung der Lager-KPIs für das Versandvolumen und Sicherstellung der geforderten
- geforderten Liefertreue, Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
- Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe unter Berücksichtigung von Lean-Management-Methoden und -Verfahren sowie betriebswirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen
- Grundsätze
- Abstimmung der Prozesse mit vor
- und nachgelagerten Prozessen zur Sicherstellung eines

- Enge Abstimmung mit benachbarten Fachabteilungen
- Unterstützung von Projekten innerhalb der Logistik
- Vertretung der Bereichsleitung im Bereich LOG DC
- Führung der Mitarbeiter im Bereich Packing im Sinne der KLM
- Grundsätze der Führung und Zusammenarbeit
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Logistik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik, insbesondere in der Lagerlogistik
- Best-Practice-Erfahrung in der Intra
- und Extra-Logistik
- Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere SAP
- Prozess
- und lösungsorientiertes Denken
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalführung
- Überdurchschnittliches Engagement, Hands-on-Mentalität
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Lean Management/Six Sigma-Methodik
- Teamorientiertheit und soziale Kompetenz
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
