**Senior Sales Operations Specialist (M/F/d)**:
**We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Operations Specialist (M/F/d)**:
**_We want you to:_**:
- Ensure daily sales operations tasks are conducted efficiently and in a timely manner
- Key responsibility to manage sales performance analyses
- Strategic management of daily sales operations through detailed analyses
- Performance monitoring of National Sales companies along with tracking inventory, order pipeline and production management
- Gathering of market and competitor data to support business planning cycles
- Continuous improvement of internal reports and dashboards to delivery business intelligence efficiently
- Proactive communication with key stakeholders within the company as well as relevant counterparts in the NSCs
- Assist the Quarterly sales campaign planning process
- Cross functional collaboration with other departments to develop tactical activity plans
- Provide guidance to junior sales specialists within the team
**_Requirements:_**:
- University Degree in Business Administration, Economics or relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in a related function, preferably in the automotive industry
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good knowledge of SAP and BI tools will be an advantage
- Analytical skills backed by a strategic and data driven mindset
- Must able to work under time constraints
- Excellent communication and team working skills
- Intercultural understanding and team spirit
- Fluency in English
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good documentation and time management skills
