Wir besetzen aktuell mehrere Stellen als Client Success and Innovation Manager bei einer der führenden europäischen Agenturen für die Entwicklung digitaler Produkte in Hamburg.
In dieser Rolle diskutierst und verstehst Du die Geschäftsziele sowie die abgeleitete Produktstrategie Deiner Kunden, und trägst im Team mit den jeweiligen Produkt
- und Software Engineer Leads dazu bei, dass Deine Projekte on time, quality and budget finalisiert werden. Durch eine weitsichtige Projektplanung sicherst Du so den kommerziellen Erfolg deiner Projekte und die Zufriedenheit Deiner Kunden.
Wir suchen hier unternehmerisch denkende Menschen mit einer Passion für digitale Technologien und mehrjähriger Erfahrung bei erfolgreichen digitalen Wachstumsunternehmen. Du solltest sicher im Umgang mit Zahlen sein, verfügst über eine analytische Denkweise und sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch.
Dein besonderes Kommunikationsvermögen und Dein Gespür für die Prioritäten Deiner Kunden ermöglichen Dir ein souveränes und überzeugendes Auftreten auf Topmanagement-Ebene.
Du wirst in dieser Rolle jeden Tag etwas Neues lernen und Dich kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln. Du solltest Spaß am Mitdenken und Mitentscheiden haben und Herausforderungen annehmen, ohne die Risiken aus dem Auge zu verlieren.
| REMOTE WORK POLICY
Du kannst in dieser Rolle hybrid remote aus dem Office in Hamburg arbeiten (~2-3 Tage pro Woche). Solltest Du für diese Rolle nach Hamburg umziehen wollen, so werden Deine Relocation Kosten übernommen.
