- und Kooperationspartner) und dem Onlinevertrieb breit aufgestellt. Auch vor Ort ist die DER Touristik Group für ihre Gäste aktiv: Mit 74 Büros ist das konzerneigene Agenturnetzwerk in 29 Reiseländern präsent.

**Product Specialist Central & South America, Caribbean (m/w/d)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Produktabwicklung
- Sicherstellung der permanenten Buchbarkeit aller Produkte
- Kommunikationsschnittstelle zu internen Fachbereichen (z.B. Service Teams, Clearing, Content, SDE etc.)
- Unterstützung bei der Beantragung von Garantien/ Vorauszahlungen und Sicherstellung der Abrechnung
- Optimierung zusätzlicher Erträge über Kickbacks, WKZ und sonstiger Einnahmen sowie Sicherstellung der Abrechnung
- Vermittlung zwischen Leistungsträgern und internen Fachbereichen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses an den Vertrieb (z.B. im Falle von Baustellen, Überbuchungen, etc.)
- Überwachung der Kontingente auf Rundreisen und entsprechendes Handeln (z.B. bei nicht erreichten Mindestteilnehmerzahlen)
- Sicherstellung der genauen Darstellung unserer Produkte in Systemen und Ausschreibungen (Katalogproduktion) sowie im Falle von unterjährigen Änderungen (Remarks, Clearing, Content)
- Kontrolle von Rechnungen für Rundreisen und Transfers sowie Klärung von Abrechnungsproblemen
- Beantwortung von Fragen aus dem Service-Team zu unseren Produkten
- Unterstützung beim Einkauf und der Vertragsanlage während der Produktion
- Portfolio
- Unterstützung bei der Ausgestaltung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Portfoliostrategie
- Gegebenenfalls eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von kleineren Zielgebieten oder Key Account Partnern
- Monitoring der Margen
- und Umsatzentwicklung inkl. Reporting zur Ergebniskontrolle und untersaisonale Maßnahmenplanung mit Trading
- Unterstützung bei der Anpassung der Kapazitäts
- und Abverkaufsplanung
- Koordination und termingerechten Sicherstellung von Verträgen
- Kommunikationsschnittstelle zum Vertrieb zur optimalen Vermarktung des Portfolios und Ergebniscontrolling der Vermarktungsaktivitäten
- Kommunikationsschnittstelle für Leistungsträger
- Bereitstellung von Informationen für Vertriebsmaßnahmen und Teilnahme an Vertriebsveranstaltungen
- Unterstützung bei der Übermittlung von Verträgen/LTR-Factsheets an Datenmanagement unter Einhaltung aller Erfassungsvorgaben
- Mitwirkung bei der Beschaffung des NBC (Text und Bilder) und Übermittlung an Content unter Einhaltung aller Vorgaben

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tourismuskauffrau/-mann, ggf. Studium BWL Touristik
- 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement/in der Touristik
- Verständnis für touristische Zusammenhänge
- Zielgebiets
- und touristische Marktkenntnisse von Vorteil
- sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS Office Anwendungen, JIRA, Kenntnisse in SAP Fakt
- Atcom-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Spanischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- unternehmerisches Denken und Zahlenverständnis
- gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
