**GO **Graduate - Digital Marketing, Commerce and Media (d/f/m)**:

For our Media, Digital and Data Team, we are looking for a GO Graduate (d/f/m) in Munich.

**Your Role**:

- Support the implementation of the performance marketing engine, processes, new ad tech solutions and run pilots
- Work closely with the team to further enhance commerce marketing and building a network across the business units consumer goods Europe and LatAm, professional hygiene and health medical
- Run brand building initiatives and support the implementation of global brand building guidelines within the business
- Support communication strategy and activities of the marketing house - the global marketing function at Essity
- Strengthen collaboration with the media team to further integrate performance marketing into global media strategy guidelines
- Assist the team to establish global partnerships with Amazon, Google, Meta and TikTok

**You Identify Yourself With**:

- A completed degree in economics, marketing or a comparable field of study
- Very good knowledge of English, additional fluent language is a plus
- Enthusiasm in constantly developing yourself and learning new things, as well as a proactive and on hands-on attitude
- A maximum of 24 months of professional experience after your studies or experience through your first internship
