**Your mission will be the definition and implementation of our UX research strategy for our learning product.** Your role is to find out what our consumers need, understanding their motivation to use our products, as well as their behaviors and pain points associated with learning legal topics. You will work cross-functionally to frame your research and ensure your insights inspire and inform the direction of our products and services.

We are looking for a (Senior) UX Researcher (all genders) to join us in
**Berlin or remote in Germany.**

**Your mission**:

- Define and implement the overall UX research strategy and scope for our learning product
- Support us to roll out and evolve UX research practices at lawpilots
- Drive practices to create a continuous interview set up, enabling the teams to have regular contact points with our users and fostering user empathy
- Own insights that push our products forward, helping the teams identify users’s pain points - always looking back to the problem we want to solve and making sure we are on the right track from the user’s perspective
- Analyze, synthesize and share research insights that surface opportunity areas and drive the conception of creative solutions
- Good understanding of UX practices and methodologies

**Your profile**:

- 2-5 years experience with UX Research or related field
- Strong verbal and visual presentation skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates it
- Good prioritization skills to balance feasibility with time and resource constraints, distinguishing critical from non-critical issues
- Expertise in qualitative methodologies and experience with research tools is a bonus
- Ability to organize your work autonomously and navigate ambiguity
- Fluent in English and** good German skills** (mind. B1)
