happyglam is a new, innovative, and exciting Berlin-based cosmetics company focused on e-commerce. Through social media, we create an international brand around our vegan, natural, and eco-friendly cosmetic products for nails, lips, and face. We are well funded and have experienced serial entrepreneurs in the beauty, health, and fashion e-commerce space in our team.
Tasks
As a Business Development / Founders Associate Intern (at) happyglam, you will report directly to the Managing Director and you'll play an integral part in growing our company. You will autonomously manage valuable projects across multiple departments but also support our Managing Director in her day-to-day business (like sourcing, operations & accounting).
**Requirements**:
- You have / are obtaining a degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or a related field
- You are available for minimum of 6 months
- Growth-mind-set and can-do-mentality
- You consider yourself a team player, proactive, curious and open-minded
- Good skills in Excel
- You speak fluent English
- Previous work experience in e-commerce is plus
- Based in / Open to move to Berlin, Germany
