Ihre Aufgaben
- Finanzielle Berichterstattung und Zusammenarbeit: Erstellen von Abteilungsberichten für den Anlageausschuss und die Aktionäre in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Investor Relations.
- Risikomanagement und Prozessentwicklung: Weiterentwicklung des Risikomanagements und der abteilungsspezifischen Prozesse.
- Liquiditätsmanagement: Überwachung und Steuerung der Liquidität des Konzerns und der Projektgesellschaften mit regelmäßiger Berichterstattung.
- Finanzplanung und -analyse: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung und Projektmanagement bei der Verwaltung von Unternehmens
- und Projektmitteln, einschließlich der Pflege der Liquiditätsplanung und der Erstellung von Prognosen und Analysen.
- Finanzierung und Netzwerkaufbau: Entwicklung von Finanzierungskonzepten und Pflege des Netzwerks mit Banken, Investoren und Kapitalgebern zur Schaffung der finanziellen Basis gemäß der Wachstumsstrategie.

Ihre Talente:

- Führung und Entscheidungsfindung: Inklusiver und diplomatischer Leader mit Erfahrung im internationalen Immobilien
- und Investmentgeschäft, der systematisch und nachhaltig die Ziele des Unternehmens verfolgt und umsetzt.
- Kommunikation und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten: Überzeugungskraft, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ausgeprägte Verhandlungs
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten auf allen Hierarchieebenen, sowohl intern als auch extern, inklusive Englischkenntnisse.
- Erfahrung und Qualifikation: Hochschulabschluss und mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in leitender Funktion eines Finance Departments
- IT-Expertise und Prozessoptimierung: Nutzung moderner IT-Tools und Systeme für Finanzmanagement, Buchhaltung und Controlling, nachgewiesene Erfolge in der Entwicklung einer unternehmensweiten IT-Organisation und Expertise in der Prozessdigitalisierung und Optimierung.
- Mitarbeitermanagement und Unternehmenskultur: Freude an der kulturellen Entwicklung von Unternehmen, modernem Mitarbeitermanagement, Empathie und kollegialer Zusammenarbeit zur Inspiration und Förderung von gemeinsamen Zielen und Identifikation mit dem Unternehmen.
