Unser Kunde ist ein international tätiger Industriekonzern mit über 1.300 Mitarbeitenden an 6 europäischen Standorten. Für die Gesamtverantwortung aller Finanzbereiche innerhalb Europas wird zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt ein Chief Financial Officer Europe (m/w/d) gesucht.

**Aufgabengebiete**:

- Strategische Planung und Steuerung aller finanziellen Aspekte der Konzerngruppe in enger Abstimmung mit den nationalen und internationalen Führungskräften
- Leitung, Überwachung und Optimierung aller konzernweiten Finanzprozesse, einschließlich Budgetierung, Forecasting und Risikomanagement
- Verantwortung für die Berichterstattung nach nationalen und internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards (HGB, IFRS) sowie für die Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Finanzorganisation und des Teams von ca. 25 Mitarbeitenden (mit entsprechenden direct reports), inklusive Talentmanagement und Kompetenzaufbau
- Gewährleistung der Einhaltung aller finanziellen Regularien und Gesetze sowie der internen Richtlinien und Kontrollsysteme
- Aktive Rolle in der Identifizierung und Bewertung von Akquisitionszielen sowie der Integration nach Übernahmen
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien zur Kapitalbeschaffung und -strukturierung zur Unterstützung des Wachstums der Konzerngruppe
- Förderung der digitalen Transformation und Automatisierung im Finanzbereich zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Transparenz

**Anforderungsprofil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Bereich; MBA, WP- und/oder Steuerberatertitel sind von Vorteil
- Langjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in leitenden Funktionen, vorzugsweise in einer vergleichbaren Rolle innerhalb einer internationalen Konzerngruppe
- Nachgewiesene Erfolge in der Führung und Entwicklung großer Finanzteams sowie in der strategischen Finanzplanung und -steuerung
- Umfassende Kenntnisse internationaler Rechnungslegungsstandards (IFRS, weitere wünschenswert) und der Finanzberichterstattung
- Führungsstärke, strategisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu agieren und Veränderungen voranzutreiben.
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick mit verhandlungssicheren Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnissen
