**Das kommt auf Sie zu**
In der Rolle als CFO für den Geschäftsbereich Deutschland & Schweiz (DECH) berichten Sie direkt an den CEO und haben die Aufgabe, das Budget zu planen und zu überwachen, Finanztransaktionen zu verwalten und Finanzberichte zu erstellen. Im Einzelnen kommt auf Sie zu:
- Erstellung von Finanzplänen und -prognosen (Strategische Budgetplanung / 5-Jahresplanung)
- Überwachung von Einnahmen und Ausgaben
- Erstellung von Budgets und Überwachung der Budgetleistung
- Verwaltung von Krediten und Finanzierungen
- Risikomanagement und Absicherung von Vermögenswerten
- Überwachung von Buchhaltungs
- und Finanzprozessen
- Aufbau eines Finanzreportings inkl. Auswertung von KPI’s
- Regelmäßige Investorengespräche und -reporting
- Beratung von Führungskräften und Vorständen in finanziellen Angelegenheiten
- Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Optimierung von Finanzprozessen und -systemen
- Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Finanzvorschriften und -richtlinien
- Führung des Accounting
- und Financial Planning-Teams
In dieser Rolle sind Sie wichtiges Mitglied des europäischen Management Teams (Zusammenarbeit mit UK).
Qualifikationen
**Das bringen Sie mit**
- Neben Ihrem abgeschlossenen (Fach-)Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Finanzen, Buchhaltung oder Wirtschaft (o.ä.) haben Sie bereits einschlägige Erfahrungen in ähnlichen Finanzpositionen.
- Des Weiteren verfügen Sie über mehrjährige (min. 7 Jahre) Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition und konnten Sich bereits in der Führung multidisziplinarischer Teams profilieren.
- Erfahrung mit Private Equity Investoren ist dabei von Vorteil
- Ihre fundierten Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung, Finanzanalyse
- und management haben Sie auch bereits unter Beweis gestellt.
- Sie sind in der Lage, komplexe Finanzinformationen zu analysieren, zu interpretieren und treffen sicher Entscheidungen.
- Daneben sind Sie ein sicherer und starker Kommunikator und Teamwork ist für Sie nicht nur ein Ausdruck
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands setzen wir voraus.
