Für unser Berliner Büro suchen wir ab sofort einen Chief Financial Officer (m/w/d). Es handelt sich grundsätzlich um eine Stelle mit 40h-Woche.

**Ihr Aufgabenbereich**:

- Verantwortung für den gesamten Bereich Finanzen und Controlling
- Übernahme der finanziellen Leitung des Unternehmens, einschließlich der Planung, Verwaltung und Kontrolle von Finanzen und Risiken.
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Finanz
- und Geschäftsstrategien zur Förderung des Wachstums und zur Stärkung der Marktposition
- Führung und Entwicklung der untergeordneten Teams
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem CEO und dem Führungsteam zur Definition und Umsetzung der Geschäftsziele und -strategien
- Verantwortung für Jahresabschlüssen
- Professionalisierung und Optimierung der Abläufe und kaufmännischen Prozesse sowie Weiterentwicklung der eingesetzten IT-Tools
- Abstimmung und Reporting innerhalb der Geschäftsführung sowie mit den Team
- und Abteilungsleitern
- Beratung für Geschäftsentscheidungen und Unternehmenssteuerung als Teil des Management-Teams
- Ansprechpartner für Partner und Banken

**Was Sie mitbringen**:

- Mehr als 5-jährige Berufserfahrung in verantwortungsvoller und leitender kaufmännischer Funktion
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Ausbildungshintergrund
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Finanzplanung und -analyse, im Risikomanagement und in der Geschäftsentwicklung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektcontrolling
- Routinierte Anwendung entsprechender Office
- und Business Intelligence Systeme
- Umfangreiche DATEV-Kenntnisse
