**Wir suchen Dich**:
Für unser wachsendes Supply Chain-Team am Standort **Karlsruhe** suchen wir dich in **Vollzeit** (40h) und **unbefristet**, als **Lead Project Procurement** (m/w/d) **für unser **Downstream-**Projekt in Frnakfurt.

**Das erwartet Dich bei uns**:

- Du baust ein Team von engagierten **Procurement und Contracts Specialists** für Vulcans Downstream-Projekte auf und leitest es.
- Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner in der **Lieferkettenorganisation für die Delivery Manager/Project Director** und Ingenieurabteilungen.
- Du bist **Teil der Projektorganisation**, etablierst Beschaffungsstrategien für Projekte und koordinierst zwischen der Projekt
- und der Beschaffungsorganisation.
- Du führst **komplexe Ausschreibungen** durch, einschließlich Verhandlungen und Vertragsabschlüsse.
- Du setzt kritische Lieferantenleistungsfaktoren fest und vereinbarst vertragsrelevante KPIs.
- Du führst Verträge aus, stellst die Vertragserfüllung und Einhaltung der Vertragsbedingungen sicher und bearbeitest Vertragsänderungen sowie Streitigkeiten und Ansprüche.

**Das solltest Du mitbringen**:

- Du hast einen Master
- oder Bachelor-Abschluss in einem relevanten Studienfach (Wirtschaft, Recht, Supply Chain, Ingenieurwesen).
- Du verfügst über **mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der E&P-Branche**, im Bereich Batteriematerialien oder im Geothermiegeschäft.
- Idealerweise hast du mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Beschaffung und Vertragsgestaltung f**ür große EPC/EPCm
- und Bauverträge.**:

- Du bist bereit, Geschäftsreisen für Verhandlungen und Lieferantentreffen zu unternehmen.
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Führungsfähigkeiten und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Du hast eine Affinität für und Erfahrung in Verhandlungen und bist in der Lage, unter Zeitdruck zu arbeiten.
